3 Inspirational Entrepreneurs That Prove It’s Not Where You Start Out
As entrepreneurs, we like to get things done. And we like to get things done quickly. But what we’ve learned time and time again is that lasting success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes dedication, hard work, and lasting commitment.
But even if we know all these things, thinking about how much distance is left on our path to success can be discouraging. Weekends are a great time to reflect on how far we’ve come, but the less busy weekend days can also make us realize how far we still need to go. We just want to be there. And we want to be there now. Sometimes it feels like that success will never come.
But whether you’re just starting out as an entrepreneur or you’ve been working for a few years, your success will come if you work for them. Here are three stories of three inspirational entrepreneurs that prove it doesn’t matter where you start out, it just matters how hard you work.
1. Sir Richard Branson
Sir Richard Branson is easily one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the entire world. After creating his first magazine when he was only 16 years old, Branson continued on to develop project after project. Today, he is Founder of Virgin Group, an umbrella company encompassing over 400 organizations.
But he didn’t jump right into success. Sir Richard Branson only had less than $500 when he started his business. Now, he’s turned that $500 into over $5 billion.
2. Steve Jobs
Chances are, we all own at least one Apple product. From the iPhone to the Mac, Steve Jobs completely revolutionized what we expect out of technology. But he didn’t jump straight into massive success.
When Steve Jobs first created his little startup called Apple Computers, he was sitting in his parents’ garage. It was his passion for his work that lead him to create one of the most successful companies in the world.
3. Howard Schultz
Starbucks has grown to be the leader in coffeehouses. No matter where you are in the world, you’re almost guaranteed to be able to find a cup of Starbucks coffee. Today, Founder of Starbucks Howard Schultz has a net worth of almost $3 billion.
But growing up, Howard Schultz lived in subsidized housing meant to accommodate poor families. His family was uneducated, without resources, and struggling for money. Schultz set himself to expect more. He worked his ass off to grow a small chain of coffee houses to become the industry leader all over the world.
We can learn a lot from Branson, Jobs, and Schultz. If you want to be an entrepreneur, it doesn’t matter how much money you start with, where you live, or how young you are. You find a way to take what you’ve been given and turn it into what you want.
It isn’t easy being an entrepreneur. It shouldn’t be easy. If it is easy, you’re not challenging yourself enough. But with the right amount of dedication and drive, you can achieve your dreams – regardless of where you began.
If you’ve read this far, it’s clear you want to be better and that’s what we love doing for our clients – helping them be better. Did you know over the past few years we’ve achieved the following, totally life-changing results for our clients;
- Helped two business partners from Bondi, NSW double their business from $250,000 to over $500,000 in under 8 weeks
- Took a Physio from Brisbane, Australia from a hole in the wall, doing just over $100k, and added an additional $750,000+ per year to his business (this one took 12 mths…)
- And took one 25 yo female client from a measly $700 per week to over $24,000 per week (In just 18 mths and we’re still going…)
Because so many people have asked us how we’ve achieved these results, we decided to create a video to document the process – which boiled down into a few simple strategies that we put into a FREE Case Study Video, and we’re happy to share these with you also.
There’s no cost, and no strings, we just want to get all this info out there.
We believe that everyone should be the best they can be. And we hope you’re one of those people.
